Lightning Strike

Gold
  • Located in south-central British Columbia approximately 60 kilometres northeast of the community of 100 Mile House.
  • Gold mineralization in the area was first identified by Homestake Development in 1984 through discovery of a significant soil gold anomaly.
  • Subsequent sampling of quartz-carbonate boulders returned values up to 25.1 g/t gold and 216.8 g/t silver.
  • Historic drilling returned significant intercepts including 4.54 g/t gold over 3.8 metres, 1.03 g/t gold over 26.0 metres, and 19.30 g/t gold over 1.5 metres.
  • 2025 drilling intersected broad intervals of gold-silver mineralization, including 44.4 metres grading 0.77 g/t gold and 37.1 g/t silver (1.51 g/t gold equivalent), including 11.9 metres grading 1.58 g/t gold and 109.7 g/t silver (3.77 g/t gold equivalent).
  • The project hosts multiple gold-bearing structural and alteration zones within a broader underexplored mineralized system.
  • Lightning Strike remains an active exploration project with expansion potential in a well-established mining region of British Columbia.

Carruthers Pass

Copper
Gold
Zinc
Silver
  • Exploration drilling has confirmed the presence of VMS-style mineralization across a broad target area.
  • A copper-zinc-silver-gold geochemical signature extends for approximately 6 kilometres along strike.
  • High-grade mineralization has been identified in grab samples, surface exposures, and diamond drilling, including a massive sulphide intercept grading 6.2% copper, 5.8% zinc, 2.37 g/t gold and 192.0 g/t silver over 3.1 metres.
  • Airborne VTEM geophysics and diamond drilling programs completed between 2021 and 2023 identified additional conductive targets and massive sulphide layers associated with the Boulder Zone.
  • Numerous geochemical and geophysical targets remain untested across the broader property, including targets associated with elevated cobalt values.
  • The project benefits from excellent regional infrastructure and year-round exploration access.
  • Carruthers Pass is 100% owned by Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. following completion of approximately $2 million in exploration work by Vizsla Copper Corp. prior to termination of the option agreement in 2024.

CHG Project

Gold
  • The primary target for this exploration is carbonate hosted gold (CHG) modeled on a number of gold deposits including the deposits of Carlin Nevada and the high grade Muddy Lake deposit located in northern BC.
  • Regional stream sediment sampling carried out by Cariboo Rose in 2004 led to the discovery of anomalous gold values from a series of streams outlining an 8 kilometer long target area.
  • Early Stage project that is poised for discovery.
  • Under Option to Basin Urainium Corp. Drilling is currently underway at the CHG project.

Pat Project

Copper
Gold

  • Located in the Eastern Cariboo next to the Woodjam Copper Project.
  • Shows a magnetic signature similar to that of the Mt. Polly mine.
  • Induced polarization geophysical survey indicates an anomaly that is untested
  • Early stage project in an excellent copper gold district with untested geophysical anomalies

Cowtrail Project

Copper
Gold

  • Located contiguous to, and north of, the Woodjam copper-gold porphyry project owned by Vizsla Copper Corp.
  • The project exhibits magnetic characteristics comparable to those associated with the Mt. Polley copper-gold porphyry system.
  • Diamond drilling at the Lea Lake target has returned significant copper-gold mineralization, including 1.16 g/t gold over 18.3 metres and more recent intercepts of 0.15% copper and 0.120 g/t gold over 105.0 metres, and 0.20% copper and 0.100 g/t gold over 70.0 metres.
  • Further geophysical surveys and diamond drilling are planned as part of the 2026 exploration program focused on expanding the Lea Lake mineralized system.
  • Cowtrail is an early-stage copper-gold porphyry project located within a highly prospective exploration district in the Cariboo region of British Columbia.
  • The project is 100% owned by Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. and is under option to BRS Resources Ltd., which may earn a 60% interest by completing cash payments, share issuances, and exploration expenditures totalling $2 million. The option agreement has been extended to December 19, 2027.

Koster Dam

Gold

  • Koster Dam is a gold exploration project located approximately 80 kilometres southwest of Williams Lake, British Columbia, and approximately 10–18 kilometres north of the former producing Blackdome gold-silver mine.
  • The project is situated within the Fraser River Fault system and is targeting epithermal-style gold-silver mineralization similar to mineralization observed within the broader Blackdome district.
  • Heavy mineral and stream sediment sampling from several drainages on the property returned strongly anomalous gold values, including results up to 20 g/t gold.
  • Exploration programs including airborne magnetic surveys, LiDAR, soil sampling, prospecting, and geochemical surveys have identified multiple anomalous target areas and structural trends associated with gold mineralization.
  • Prospecting completed in 2023 identified gold mineralization associated with chalcedonic quartz and epithermal-style alteration.
  • The property remains relatively underexplored despite encouraging geochemical and geophysical results and proximity to the Blackdome mining camp.
  • Koster Dam is held under a joint venture arrangement between Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. (55%) and Discovery Lithium Inc. (45%), formerly Ameriwest Lithium Inc.

Coquigold

Gold
Silver
  • Located in southern British Columbia within the prospective Spences Bridge Gold Belt, approximately 10 kilometres north of Westhaven Gold Corp.’s Shovelnose gold discovery.
  • The property was staked to cover epithermal gold-silver occurrences identified by the British Columbia Geological Survey in 2008.
  • The Red Vein target consists of a silica-altered intrusive and volcanic breccia anomalous in silver and multiple epithermal pathfinder elements.
  • The Sinter target hosts an approximately 500-metre-long silica sinter and silica exhalite horizon displaying anomalous epithermal geochemistry.
  • Exploration programs including geochemical surveys, airborne geophysics, prospecting, and drilling have identified additional areas with epithermal characteristics across the property.
  • Coquigold remains an early-stage epithermal gold-silver project with multiple untested targets in an active exploration district.
  • The project is subject to an option agreement with CMP Mining Inc. (formerly CMP Minerals Inc.), which may earn a majority interest through staged cash payments, share issuances, and exploration expenditures.
