Vancouver, BC, February 18, 2026, Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: CRB) “Cariboo Rose” or the “Company”) announces that, pursuant to the amending agreement dated December 15, 2025, with BRS Resources Ltd. (“BRS”), the Company has received an aggregate of 400,000 common shares of BRS.
The shares are subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day from the date of issuance.
BRS is advancing its Cowtrail copper-gold project in south-central British Columbia, a porphyry coppergold exploration initiative located contiguous with the Woodjam copper-gold porphyry project. BRS recently reported that drilling completed in 2025 has defined a mineralized trend extending both northwesterly and southeasterly, with the system remaining open at both ends. BRS has also indicated its intention to expand exploration efforts in 2026 to test additional magnetic targets identified to the south.
The receipt of BRS shares strengthens Cariboo Rose’s portfolio of equity interests and provides continued exposure to exploration progress at Cowtrail.
Cariboo Rose will continue to monitor developments at the Cowtrail project and provide updates as appropriate.
